This time of year has been marked by celebration since ancient times. Of course there is Christmas and Chanukah (which has already passed) and the New Year. Or simply the solstice itself.
Whatever you celebrate, here is to friends, family and a prosperious New Year.
Particularly attentive readers may recall my announcement in February that I would be stepping down as ITS Webmaster at the end of 2009. Predictions, they say, are always difficult, particularly of the future.
