How would you feel about going to the poster presentation venue empty handed?
The "@Poster" service saves you time by arranging the printing and placement of the poster, avoiding the necessity for you to bring it on the presentation day, and helping to reduce printing and sending costs.
Concept
A one-stop service that does the printing, cutting, mailing and placement of posters on behalf of presenters
The disadvantages of personally preparing a poster include:
1. the difficulties involved in cutting a personally printed poster,
2. the inconvenience of carrying the poster when personally bringing it to the venue, and
3. trouble placing it at the venue.
To help avoid these problems, the Secretariat of the 32nd International Conference on Thermoelectrics is providing "@Poster," a poster printing and placement service for participating presenters.
Fees
Fees vary depending on the size of the poster and the data volume of the poster presentation. Both A0-size data files and data files comprising multiple A4-size slides are accepted.

Features
1. Low Price
The key to achieving a low price is arranging the printing, mailing and placement of presentation posters as a one-stop service.
*The application deadline is June 20, 2013 (10 days before the commencement of the Conference)
*Presentation data in the form of multiple A4-size slides will be printed as a single-sheet poster.
2. Printed poster directly mailed to the venue
Presentation data sent to the Secretariat through the online data transmission system will be printed and mailed to the venue.
3. Poster placement service
Posters will be placed at the venue on behalf of presenters.
