The conference is the 16-th in the series of Interstate conferences on Thermoelectrics and their Applications, that provides an international forum for presentations and information exchange on the thermoelectric materials science and thermoelectric energy conversion technology. This biannual conference series began in 1985 in Saint-Petersburg (Leningrad), Russia as a forum of thermoelectric community of the Soviet Union. After the collapse of the Soviet Union the Conference provides the meating place for scientists from the Independent States of former Soviet Union. No we cordially  invite international thermoelectric community to join this meeting in one of the most beautiful cities of Russia.

The Conference will cover modern aspects of thermoelectric technology. Oral presentations and poster sessions will give opportunity for informal discussions.
