All attendees must register for the conference and pay registration fee. Register before 30 April 2010 to benefit from the reduced rates! The full registration fee will be applied to any forms postmarked after 30 April 2010. Pre-Registration to the Conference will close on 25 May 2010. After that date registration is only possible on-site in Shanghai.

Methods of Payment

The registration fees for the Conference must reach ICT2010 Office at the same time as the registration form, latest 2 weeks before the Conference. The only currency accepted is US Dollar ($).Please state participant’s name clearly, otherwise payment cannot be identified! Please ensure that when payment is made by bank transfer that the transfer/bank charges are incurred by yourself and not the Conference. The registration fees must be received by ICT2010 Office to ensure your registration.

Confirmation of Registration

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail or airmail only after payment has been received. Please show your registration confirmation at the registration desk when collecting your Conference documentation. All participants, speakers and accompanying persons will receive a name badge (include the invoice). Everyone is requested to wear this badge for all Conference activities. The badge is the pass for the scientific programme.


Cancellation

Registration office must be notified of any cancellation in writing, either by letter, by fax or by e-mail.
Registration fee, in case of cancellation received:
▪ before 15 May 2010, 06:00 p.m. (PDT): full refund
▪ after 15 May 2010, 06:00 p.m. (PDT): no refund can be given for cancellations
Participants are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
