Hotel Information

The organizing committee has selected hotels in different rate categories for participants of ICT/ACT 2016. All are located in a walking distance to the conference venue. Special rates have been secured by the committee. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended. After April 20, 2016, room availability and rates can not be guaranteed. For hotel reservation, please click the reserve button, fill the document and send the scanned copy to the hotel you prefer to reserve via Email. Once the email is received, the hotel will reply to you with a confirmation. Cancellation and refund policies are according to the rules of each hotel.
