All attendees must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. Those who wish to attend the conference are encouraged to register before April 22, 2016 to obtain the early registration fee. After that day, the full registration fee will apply.

Registration fee for regular participants and students includes:

Attendance of all scientific sessions, access to conference facilities, program booklet, welcome reception (+drinks), conference banquet (+drinks), night cruise on Yangtze and Han rivers, coffee, tea and refreshments during conference breaks as well as four business lunch buffets incl. beverages.

Registration fee for accompany person includes:

Welcome reception (+drinks), banquet (+drinks), night cruise on Yangtze and Han rivers, four business lunch buffets incl. beverages as well as one excursion (additional tours can be arranged with an extra charge).

Registration fee

The payment can only be made by bank transfer. Please make the bank transfer to below specified account. (Sender's name and ICT2016 MUST BE indicated as the comment for bank transfer). All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant. In order to confirm your payment, please send the remittance slip via e-mail (ict2016@whut.edu.cn ).
