Register before 15 April 2009 to benefit from the reduced rates! The full registration fee will be applied to any forms postmarked after 15 April 2009. Pre-Registration to the Conference will close on 15 July 2009. After that date registration is only possible on-site at the Konzerthaus.

Methods of Payment
The registration fees for the congress must reach INTERPLAN at the same time as the registration form, latest 2 weeks before the congress. The only currency accepted is Euro (€).

State participant’s name clearly, otherwise payment cannot be identified! Please ensure that when payment is made by bank transfer that the transfer/bank charges are incurred by yourself and not the congress. The full registration fees must be received by INTERPLAN to ensure your registration.

Confirmation of Registration
Registration will be confirmed by e-mail or airmail only after payment has been received. In case you need an invoice in order to effect the payment please contact us.
Please show your registration confirmation at the registration desk when collecting your congress documentation. All Participants, speakers and accompanying persons will receive a name badge. Everyone is requested to wear this badge for all congress activities. The badge is the pass for the scientific programme.
Cancellation
INTERPLAN must be notified of any cancellation in writing, either by letter, by fax or by e-mail.
Registration fee, in case of cancellation received:
- before 29 May 2009, 06:00 p.m. (PDT): full refund, less 20,- Euro for administrative fees
- after 29 May 2009, 06:00 p.m. (PDT): no refund can be given for cancellations received on or after this date.
Participants are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
