Oral
The oral sessions consist of invited lectures and oral contributions. A computer, a video projector and an overhead projector will be available in the presentation room. Authors are requested to bring to the conference their PowerPoint presentations (.ppt file) on a CD-ROM or a USB storage device. The presentations will be downloaded on the presentation computer prior to the sessions. Authors are requested to check their PowerPoint presentation on this computer before the session.
The overall duration of the contributions should not exceed 25 min for the invited talks and 15 min for the contributed oral presentations, including questions.
Poster
Poster size is 84 cm x 118 cm (= width x height = A0 format). Materials to hook the poster will be provided on site. Posters can be hooked the morning of their presentation day and should be removed at the end of the session.
A best poster price will be awarded on July 4th.
