In order to register you will need to create an account on the registration website. Once you have started the procedure, you will not be able to modify or make a new registration with the same email address.

Those who wish to attend the conference are encouraged to register before April 29^th, 2018 to obtain early registration fees. Between 04.29.2108 and 06.08.2018, the regular registration fees will apply. After that day and until the last day of the conference, the late registration fees will apply.

Student Registration: A valid proof of student status is to be provided!

All attendees must register for the conference and the registration fees:

• Online by Card Payment using the secure platform
• Bank transfer payment *see below for procedure

Refund Policy: Refunds for conference registration will be issued until June 2nd, 2018 (no refund after).

Bank transfer procedure

• Follow the portal
• Choose the amount you have to pay
• Choose transfer or purchase order (transfer is indeed allowed for anybody!)
• Continue giving the information asked
• The system will automatically generate a pdf file that will be sent to your email address, this document can serve as a quotation
• Using this document, your financial administrator can edit a purchase order
• This purchase order must be sent to dr19.budget@cnrs.fr
• After treatment by our service, an invoice will be emailed back
• This invoice contains the bank information necessary for you to pay (IBAN and BIC addresses and names)
