Oral contributions

All presentations should be provided before the beginning of each session (preferably during the breaks or the day before for early session) as a *.ppt or *.pdf file, a computer will be provided in each room. A technician will be available in each room to assist with the transfer of data and with the presentation tools.

Poster Presentations

There will be 2 poster sessions during the conference time. They will be held at the Main Hall of the International Congress Center. The first session has been scheduled for Monday, July 2nd, 2017 from 6pm to 8:30pm, the second for Wednesday, July 4th, 2017 from 5pm to 8pm.

Posters should be installed after lunch or during coffee break of each day and displayed until Wednesday for session#1 or your departure for session#2.

Posters should preferably be in the A0 (120*90cm) portrait format. Pins will be available.
