BACKGROUND
This 18th International Conference on Thermoelectrics (ICT) will examine the status of research and development in thermoelectric materials, devices and applications. There has been a recent resurgence in this field due to a combination of new theoretical ideas, new materials and new device concepts. These new ideas have attracted considerable new resources to this field and we have seen some considerable advances during the last few years. This conference should be an excellent forum to present, and to assess the future of this exciting field.
ICT'99
ICT'99 will be held at the Inner harbor of Baltimore at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from August 29 through September 2nd 1999. ABSTRACTS
Abstracts are due to the Administrative Point of Contact (ict99@its.org) by the close of business on 1 April 1999. Please specify oral or poster session preference in your submission. Abstracts may be submitted electronically (abstract submission form), by email, or by regular mail, provided they reach the program chairman by the deadline. Please use only one method to avoid duplication. Faxed abstracts will not be accepted since they do not reproduce very well. Click here for abstract template.
MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION
Once your abstract is accepted, you should prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines outlined in the author's kit. Manuscripts must be submitted to the Publications Office at the conference by 30 August 1999. Manuscripts will be technically reviewed prior to publication.
