Dear ICT Participant,

We look forward to your presentation at the upcoming ICT'99. You were notified earlier of the acceptance of your contribution. Papers presented at ICT'99 will be printed as full papers in the Conference Proceedings. The following information will assist you in the preparation of your presentation and paper.

Please review the information carefully before submitting your paper. The documents below are in Portable Document Format (PDF).:

    (Must be signed and submitted with manuscript.)
  6. Audio Visual Requirements
    (Please complete and return as soon as possible.)

One (1) original, three (3) copies, and one electronic version of your manuscript are due at time of registration. Formatted manuscripts should not exceed the length of 4 pages for poster and oral presentations, 8 pages for invited talks and 10 pages for plenary talks. This length is meant as a guideline, papers slightly longer or shorter will be accepted.

Manuscripts will be reviewed for clarity and content. If revisions are necessary it is intended that the authors will correct manuscripts during the course of the conference. Computers and printing facilities for this purpose will be available. That day's session chairs will be will be available each morning so that oral presenters may have an opportunity to meet with them prior to their presentation if they wish. Meeting area will be determined and announced at time of manuscript submission.
