The registration rate for both members and students includes:

  • Access to all scientific sessions and poster sessions

Registration for the conference includes the opening reception on Sunday, lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday and light refreshments during the conference. Materials for the conference include a hard copy of the proceedings published in the Journal of Electronic Materials.

Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation requests need to be made in writing no later than July 1, 2008. Requests made on or before July 1, 2008 will receive a full refund of their registration (minus a $65 administrative fee). Refunds will not be granted for cancellation requests made after July 1, 2008 (Substitutions may be allowed and special considerations may apply).

Receipts:
Original receipts will be distributed at the conference. If you need a receipt in advance of the conference for reimbursement purposes, please contact OSU Conference Services at 1-800-678-6311 to request a copy of your receipt or email conferences@oregonstate.edu.
