Exhibition

The exhibition will take place at a central location in the conference centre, and will run from 18 to 20 November. Set-up will take place in the morning of 18 November and dismantling in the afternoon of 20 November. 

The costs for a exhibition are €600,- excl. local VAT and include a standard booth as described below and 1 full registration to the conference.

Each standard booth will be equipped with 1 table (1.8 x 0.8 m.), 2 chairs and power supply. 

In order to apply for an exhibition stand, please complete the form and return this to Francois Tang (francois.tang@esa.int) by 1 August 2013.

For those Companies and Organizations interested in profiling their activities and products at the event, the Conference management has designed a series of co‐sponsorship packages to cater to various budgets and goals.

General Sponsoring
  • 750 euro (excl. VAT): logo and link on website, logo on conference publication.
  • 1000 euro (excl. VAT): logo and link on website, logo on conference publication, insert in conference kit (to be provided by the sponsor)
Welcome Cocktail Sponsor
  • 3500 euro (excl. VAT): logo and link on website, logo on conference publication, insert in conference kit (to be provided by the sponsor), Logo and organisation name clearly displayed at the Welcome Cocktail as a co-sponsor of the social event
