Proceedings of ECT 2010

the 8th European Conference on Thermoelectrics

In coherence and continuity with previous editions of ECT, the papers from authors were collected and paginated in the form of a hard-copy of the Proceedings of the ECT2010 Conference, which was given to all of the participants of ECT2010 before they left the conference.

The contributions are also published online, here, and will be kept available for online review from this page which will be maintained indefinitely by the organizers of ECT2010.

A hard copy of the Proceedings of the ECT2010 Conference is also available on request (eventually repaginated, corrected or completed with more late-arrived contributions from the Proceedings of the ECT2010 Conference) and will be delivered to people who request it and pay for re-printing and delivery.

The authors' contributions were not peer-reviewed.

There is no plan of the ECT2010 Organizers, at present, to upgrade the contributions of the ECT2010 Proceedings to regular journal articles.

The author will keep all the rights on his paper, comprising the possibility to propose it - in the exact equal form used for ECT2010 or in a revised form - for publication as a regular article in any journal of choice, by any editor.

The only rights which are limitedly transferred to the ECT2010 organizers are those of:

1. including the contribution in the hard copy of the Proceedings of the ECT2010 Conference to be delivered to all of the participants of the conference
2. including the contribution in the "ECT 2010 Proceedings" page which will be later maintained
3. including the contribution in any reprint of the ECT2010 Conference Proceedings (eventually corrected, completed and repaginated) to be delivered to researchers who will eventually ask for it (paying for the reprint and delivery costs)

The right described at point 2 and 3 may eventually be retired, later at any time, by the first author, with a special request to the ECT2010 organizers, in order to stop including his contribution in the web page or in subsequent reprints of the Proceedings. This is specifically (but not exclusively) intended for papers which are becoming publicly available thanks to their publication in any journal by any editor.

Papers late submission

You can still submit your paper for a report which you presented at ECT2010 and for which you did not submit the paper before: in that case, even if your paper cannot be included in the hard-copy of the Proceedings anymore, it will be linked on the ECT2010 Conference Proceedings web page which will be later published and maintained. It will also eventually be included in a later reprint of the proceedings.

1. Paper must be submitted via email to m.codecasa@ieni.cnr.it
2. The paper length limits, referring to the text formatted according to supplied template, are: minimum 2 pages, maximum 5 pages (approximately from 8.000 to 25.000 characters of text, comprising spaces)
