The Conference Proceedings will be published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (I.E.E.E.).
Authors are requested to submit 3 paper copies of their contribution and to bring a hard copy with them. All papers should be due on the first day of conference (or date of arrival) otherwise they cannot be considered for publication.
The length of the paper should not exceed 6 pages for invited contributions and 4 pages for oral or poster contributions. The text must be prepared in the template provided by I.E.E.E (see IEEE template). Acceptance of paper will be subject to refereeing procedures during the conference. Only papers presented at the conference will be published in the Proceedings. One of the authors must be registered.
