ICT98 Request Forms

Registration and Hotel Reservation Forms now available online in two different formats.

Note: Participants cannot register, send the Abstract, or reserve hotels through the internet or by e-mail. Participants are requested to use the official forms, available from the Secretariat, to do these things. The forms available for downloading are of lesser quality and are being made available as a conveniece only. Please allow sufficient time to meet the various deadlines.
