P type (Bi25Sb75)2(Te95Se5)3       was fabricated by hot pressing method. The  Effect of the minority carrier on the thermoelectric property of (Bi25Sb75)2(Te95Se5)3 was investigated by variable temperature hall coefficient measurement.  The result indicates that the minority carrier has great effect on the thermoelectric property of (Bi25Sb75)2(Te95Se5)3(Bi25Sb75)2(Te95Se5)3.
