The registration desk will be open on Sunday 25 July from 17.30 to 19.00 and will remain staffed as indicated in the Outline Programme and during recess times throughout the Conference.
The official language of the conference will be English.
Proceedings of ICT2004 will be published by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), USA. Full papers accepted after peer review will be included in the Proceedings.
Full registration fee covers the ICT2004 Book of Abstracts, access to
the conference sessions, welcome reception on Sunday, 25 July, luncheons
on Monday 26, Tuesday, 27 and Wednesday, 28 July, refreshments during
conference breaks and the conference banquet.
Student registration fee includes all of the above except the conference
banquet.
Accompanying person registration fee includes welcome reception on
Sunday 25, luncheons on Monday 26 and Wednesday 28, excursion (lunch
included) on Tuesday 27 and conference banquet on Wednesday, 28 July.
International visitors may require a visa to travel to Australia. Although normally no visa is required for the citizens of EU countries, delegates are advised to check with Australian Consular services concerning visa requirement, at least three months before the Conference
Upon request, the Organising Committee will issue a letter of invitation to delegates who may require it to obtain a visa.
Delegates are required to make their own accommodation arrangements.

All accommodation within the central business district of Adelaide (post
code 5000) is within about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride from
the Adelaide Convention Centre, the venue for ICT2004.
