Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation at the Conference are to submit their full manuscript at the Conference upon registration.
Authors are requested to submit 3 printed sets of their contribution together with an electronic version, compiled as a Word document (rtf or doc), preferably on CDROM and clearly marked with submission details.
Papers not submitted at the Conference can not be
considered for publication in the ICT2004 Proceedings. Please also note
that only papers presented at the conference will be published in the
Proceedings.
The length of the paper MUST not exceed 6 pages for invited
contributions and 4 pages for oral or poster contributions.
The text MUST be prepared using the Instructions for Authors
document, provided by IEEE, as the template. Acceptance of papers for
publication in the ICT2004 Proceedings will be subject to peer review.
