In orderto achieve high performance of a thermoelectric device, one way is to improvethe operating temperature range of the thermoelectric materials. Largetemperature difference can be obtained through joining different kinds ofthermoelectric materials. In this paper, the preparation process of Bi2Te3/CoSb3based graded thermoelectric materials was investigated by Spark PlasmaSintering (SPS). The microstructure of the interface of the Bi2Te3/CoSb3graded material was studied as well as their thermoelectric transportproperties.
