Rowe organizes a European
'Thermoelectric Network of Excellence'

We understand the European Union is soliciting input for an intended research funding opportunity. Prof. D. M. Rowe of the University of Wales is in the process of putting together a "Network of Excellence" focusing on thermoelectrics in response to the EU request. More than 20 European thermoelectric R&D groups are already involved in this effort and Prof. Rowe would like to hear from anyone in Europe who might like to join the effort. This may (or may not) be a major funding opportunity, but at this early stage only a statement of interest and your group capabilities are being solicited.
